What Are Parent / Carer Consultations?

Parent and carer consultations are one-off or short-term sessions focused on you, not direct teaching with your child.

During a consultation, we:

  • Discuss your child’s learning profile
  • Clarify what may be contributing to their difficulties
  • Identify what support is likely to help (and what isn’t)
  • Create a clear, realistic plan you can implement at home or discuss with your child’s school
